Dale Archibald (left) and Bob Fraser (right) of Archibald and Fraser Architects Ltd. are the lead architects for the culture hub project. With many years of experience with both private and public projects, it was their design that created the award-winning People’s Place Library (Antigonish Town and County Library). Other members of the architectural team, not shown, are Leah Campbell and Katie Gillis.
